7 Day Yoga, Meditation and Spa Retreat
This retreat package offers you seven days to rejuvenate and refresh your mind and body. At Nepal Yoga Retreat we have designed this package to reboost yourself. We understand the busy and hard working daily lifestyle you lead. We invite you to join us for this 7 day retreat that will allow you to experience a lifestyle of serenity, new perspective and gives you fresh energy to take back home. Immerse your body, mind, and spirit into the Himalayan culture in a healthy and peaceful environment with people trained for this very purpose.
Our Yoga Retreat is tucked away in the beautiful hills of the Kathmandu Valley, surrounded by ancient temples, wildlife and natural beauty. In a comfortable and clean setting you can enjoy classical, Sanatan yoga, meditation, massages, relaxation treatments, healthy vegetarian food, hiking and sightseeing. Explore and experience the authentic Nepali life and culture.
It is our top priority to take care of your mind body and soul and we hope to make you see the best within you and the one who radiates positive energy.
Included:
-Daily morning and evening cleansing, breathing, yoga asana, and meditation sessions
-Daily 3 fresh made vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the retreat center (excluded meals taken outside of the center)
-Unlimited herbal teas and filtered water.
-2 one-hour Ayurveda oil massages.
-1 Shirodhara Ayurveda treatment.
-2 Steam bath or sauna.
-6 nights accommodation in modern styled rooms with western bathroom/toilet and hot water shower.
-Changu Narayan hiking, (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Guide included.
-Sightseeing Bhaktapur, Kathmandu (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Transfer provided.
-Sunrise trip to Nagarkot. Transfer provided.
-Hiking trips to local temples and areas (optional)

*Pick up/drop off from Airport or City. We will arrange a private taxi for you(on request) at an extra cost of USD 20 each way (1-2 person) after 7PM 25 dollar, more than 2 persons USD 10 per person.

Travel assistance
Nepal is served by Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. International flights fly directly from Bangkok to Kathmandu (Thai Airways), Singapore (Silk air), Malaysia (Airasia). Most flights in Europe transit in Doha, Dubai, Delhi. From the Kathmandu airport, we will pick you up(on request) (costs not included) It is only 45 minutes to an hour's drive to our retreat center.
Passport / visa
Visa-on-arrival is available at the Kathmandu airport. Contact your local Nepal embassy to apply for visa before the trip.

The rate mentioned here are in USD for you to understand easily, we will charge same amount eqv. to Nepali rupee applying the rate of the day when you arrive here.
Check in/Check out time: 12.00, we will not charge guests having an early morning or late flight and arrive earlier or leave later. We can not guarantee a room then, but will provide a locked room for your luggage.
Child policy: Our retreat packages are designed for adults seeking peace of mind, serenity, balance and relaxation. Therefore our retreat is not recommended for children under 8 years, if you need more information regarding our child policy, please contact us.
