    During a consultation, our experienced Ayurvedic doctor performs a pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) to assess your body type (Prakriti) and detect imbalances (Vikriti). Based on this, you’ll receive personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your unique constitution. These include specific foods, herbal remedies, daily routines, and stress management practices that restore balance and promote well-being.
    Follow-up consultations are offered throughout your stay to track your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

  • Everyday Ayurveda Therapy
    Engage in daily Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga (Therapeutic Massage), Snehana (Oil application), Sirodhara (Warm oil flow on the forehead), Padaabhyanga (Foot Massage), and more.
